When will I receive myacking number?

Tracking information is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1–3 business days after placing your order for processing and dispatch.

My tracking number isn't working — what should I do?

Tracking links can take up to 24 hours to activate after your order is dispatched. If it still isn't working after 24 hours, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.

How long does delivery take?

All Windia orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners and typically take 8–18 business days to arrive, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
